CPA Firm Support Analyst – Audit & Accounting

Role Overview
This role supports overseas CPA firms through structured offshore delivery. As a CPA Firm Support Analyst, you will work closely with audit and accounting practitioners to deliver compliant, review-ready work aligned with US GAAP and CPA firm workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Support CPA firms with audit assistance, workpapers, and accounting deliverables
- Prepare and review financial schedules, reconciliations, and supporting documentation
- Assist in audit readiness, regulatory support, and specialized accounting projects
- Follow CPA-aligned documentation, review standards, and quality controls
- Coordinate with onshore CPA teams to ensure clarity, timelines, and accountability
- Participate in process improvement and workflow standardization initiatives
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CA / CPA track preferred)
- Exposure to audit, assurance, or CPA firm environments
- Strong understanding of accounting standards and compliance requirements
- Experience supporting US-based clients or professional services firms is an advantage
- Strong communication skills and comfort working in structured global delivery models
