Role Overview
AYVYA Consulting is hiring a Junior Accounting Analyst to support global finance and accounting engagements for startups, SMEs, and CPA firms. This role is ideal for early-career professionals seeking hands-on experience with offshore accounting, structured processes, and practitioner mentorship, rather than routine data processing.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in day-to-day accounting activities, including data entry, reconciliations, and bookkeeping
- Support the preparation of financial statements, schedules, and management reports
- Participate in month-end and year-end close activities under structured supervision
- Maintain documentation and follow defined accounting, compliance, and quality standards
- Coordinate with senior team members to meet delivery timelines and review requirements
- Learn client workflows, accounting systems, and global delivery practices
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
- Strong fundamentals in accounting and financial concepts
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and accounting systems (ERP exposure is a plus)
- Willingness to learn offshore delivery, compliance, and structured review processes
- Good communication skills and attention to detail
